I have found the PERFECT highlight for you this spring! I like wearing liquid highlighter for a more natural glow and also because sometimes I like to mix it in with my foundation for an all over healthy look. I was previously using the Becca Liquid Highlighter in Opal which is the perfect shade for my skin to look natural and it doesn't have too much shimmer. I have been using it for over a year and hadn't found anything I liked better, until now. I was sent the new Marc Jacobs Dew Drops Coconut Gel Highlighter in the shade Dew You and I fell in love instantly!
Like the Becca Opal highlighter this isn't too shimmery, but where it differs is in two very noticeable ways. The most obvious of course is the color, the Marc Jacobs highlighter is more warm and slightly golden while Opal is a bit more cool toned. The biggest difference to me was the staying power. I noticed that the Marc Jacobs drops set quickly so they are slightly harder to blend, but boy does that highlight LAST! The Dew drops wore beautifully all day without the need of being set with a powder highlight like I feel the Becca one does.
I very highly recommend you at least go swatch the Marc Jacobs dew drops to see for yourself!
